Scope & Market Operations

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the HABÄNE online store. For Germany-market orders, SchelmDev UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is the authorized Germany-market seller and shipping party unless a different seller is clearly identified before checkout completion. For India-market orders, FASTFAME MULTIVERSE (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is the authorized India-market seller and shipping party unless a different seller is clearly identified before checkout completion. The two market operations are separate and run in parallel under distinct territorial authorizations from Abhishek Arora.

7.1 Processing and dispatch

Orders are processed after successful payment authorization and any necessary fraud, stock or address checks. Product-specific processing or pre-order periods shown before purchase form part of the applicable order information.

7.2 Destinations, methods and charges

Available destinations, delivery methods, shipping charges and delivery restrictions are shown during checkout. Products containing batteries or electronic components may be subject to carrier or destination restrictions.

7.3 Delivery times

The delivery estimate shown at checkout or in the order confirmation applies. Where no delivery time is agreed and German consumer-sales law applies, delivery must take place without undue delay and no later than 30 days after contract conclusion. Statutory rights for delayed delivery remain unaffected.

7.4 Risk in transit

For consumer orders, the seller bears the shipping risk until the goods reach the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, except in the limited cases provided by mandatory law where the consumer independently chooses a carrier not offered by the seller.

7.5 Tracking and delivery problems

Where tracking is available, tracking information is provided after dispatch. Consumers are not required to pursue the carrier instead of the seller for rights that applicable law gives against the seller.

7.6 Customs and import charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or similar charges may be imposed by the destination country unless checkout expressly states that they are included. Any such charges and the responsible party must be disclosed as clearly as reasonably possible before purchase.

7.7 Address accuracy

Customers should provide complete and accurate delivery information. Reasonable additional costs caused solely by an incorrect address, refused delivery or an uncollected parcel may be charged only where legally permitted and where the customer is responsible for those costs.
